Working as a member of the Product Development team to develop, test, and support the internal and production systems of the global enterprise e-learning company under agile development methodology.
Provided technical support to staff members of the Institute. Other daily tasks included imaging computers, updating software, replacing hardware, etc.
Managed multimedia computer labs for students and faculty, assisted them with troubleshooting software, PC and Mac computers, and oversaw video editing, music recording studios and print labs.
Utilizing InDesign and Illustrator, I designed all publications including brochures, posters, and flyers for the Center and associated events. I also managed the Center’s website, its social media and worked closely with with center staff on decision-making.
Epicodus furthered my knowledge of HTML and CSS, while teaching me new skills in JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, Drupal, MySQL, AngularJS, and APIs. The most important skill I have learned is to think like a programmer, write elegant code, and stay up-to-date with new frameworks and technologies in this ever changing industry.
I studied at Parsons for two semesters for a graduate degree in Photography. Eventually, I decided to pursue the tech field instead of the field of fine arts.
I lived in Madison, Wisconsin for two years to finish my bachelor's degree. I've learned a lot in terms of the concept of design, typography, color theory, etc. I also took a certificate Web Design course offered by the University, which significantly enchanced my knowledge and interest in web developement.
I did mainly liberal studies and foundations of art and design. Transfered to UW-Madison after two years.
